A history of this choir begins  as follows: The first concert of  peasant chorus, directed by  Mitrofan Piatnitski,  held in March 1911 in Moscow, a  scene of the Noble Assembly. Participants were a small group of farmers from the regions of Central Russia, who performed  folk songs and their own accompanied by accordions, zhaleyka, balalaika and other folk instruments. The activities of the choir in those days was built as follows: after each concert, singers  were leaving home and engaged in the usual peasant labor. If it was  necessary, they  went to Moscow. Only since the early 20's the choir moved up permanent residence in the capital mecto.
Folk song is  a chronicle people's life.
